TBIF Financial Services operates in Bulgarian market since year 2002 with the acquisition of Telervis- a Company that had pioneered consumer finance in Bulgaria. Shortly afterwards TBIF rebranded Telervis to TBI Credit and established TBI Leasing (Bulgaria) as specialized vehicle in providing lease finance.
After the establishment of TBI Credit (Bulgaria) in year 2003 up till now TBIF became a leader in the Bulgarian consumer finance market among non-banks. TBI Credit product portfolio includes point of sale credits, cash loans and credit cards.
The mortgage finance vehicles Creditex&HypoCredit became active in year 2004 and it is the first non-banking institution offering mortgages in Bulgaria. The mortgage lending operation is in line with TBIF strategy to provide a complete spectrum of non-banking financial services in Bulgaria, complementing its activities in the field of consumer finance, leasing and asset-management.
Being a part of a relatively new and rapidly developing segment, HypoCredit and Creditex enhance the TBIF Group's presence on the Bulgarian financial market, increase its cross-selling opportunities and broaden the client reach.
TBI Asset Management (Bulgaria) is a leading financial company, incorporated in year 2004 and specialized in asset management. With over EUR 490 million of assets under management and advisory service TBI AM is a leader on the Bulgarian market. TBI Asset Management have launched five mutual funds in Bulgaria - the low risk TBI Comfort, balanced one TBI Harmony, high risk - TBI Dynamic, the flagship - TBI Eurobond and TBI Treasure.
