Banking

Banking includes the full range of banking activity with strong focus on retail and SME. TBIF is active in banking in Ukraine and Russia. Bank's services are accessed through well-developed distribution channels with a full country coverage, teller machines ("ATMs") or electronic banking systems.

Consumer finance

Consumer finance is a typical loan contract, usually unsecured. The borrower pays equal monthly installments including principal, interest, and fees.
Main products provided are: POS consumer loans, Cash loans, Credit Cards. Consumer Finance products are provided by TBIF subsidiaries in Ukraine, Russia, Romania and Bulgaria. Distributed via own points-of-sale at major retail chains, via independent merchants or trough own credit centers (outlets).

Leasing

Leasing includes finance and operating lease. The financial lease is predominant at the moment - the main assets leased are vehicles (cars, trucks, buses), equipments and real estate. The operating lease was launched in 2006 and is focused on providing mainly car rent services. Distributed via car dealers, equipment suppliers and own branch network in Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria and Russia.

Mortgages

Mortgages are provided in Bulgaria through a special vehicle, through VAB Bank in Ukraine and Sovcombank in Russia . Distributed via own branches or mobile loan consultants. The loans are secured by first ranking mortgage over eligible real estate.

Asset Management

Asset Management offers a wide range of services, including portfolio management, financial consulting, mutual funds, brokerage etc. Most of those products are still underdeveloped in the countries of TBIF activity and TBIF is proved to be pioneer in developing such products in the markets it operates. Asset Management services are offered by our companies in Bulgaria, Slovakia and Ukraine.
