TBIF Financial Services operates as a holding company involved in development and management of its subsidiaries. The operational structure is built on a matrix concept, by country and function.
Each country is managed on the TBIF corporate level by a country manager. Each field of operations is also managed on the corporate level by a functional manager. Each one of the TBIF subsidiaries is managed by local management which reports to and works closely with the country and line managers.
This operational structure allows for optimal leverage of the professional expertise accumulated within TBIF management over the years, while utilizing the skills of the local managers.
