Q4/2005

TBIF acquired 9.95% of VAB Bank in October and in late December received approval from NBU to increase its stake to 50%.

TBI Leasing Ukraine was established as a fully owned subsidiary.

Q1/2006

TBIF increased its stake in VAB Bank to 27.11% in February and to 49% in June.

VAB Bank, together with its lead manager RZB Vienna, successfully raised a syndicated loan of USD 15 million.

Q3/2006

The VAB Group was launched as the most comprehensive financial services group in Ukraine to include VAB Bank, VAB Leasing, VAB Express, VAB Insurance, VAB Life, VAB Re, VAB Pensions, VAB Capital and VAB Asset Management.

Q4/2006

VAB Bank, with the assistance of Allen International, launched a new retail branch format.

Q2/2007

VAB attracted a syndicated loan facility of USD 50 mln.

VAB successfully launched its first Eurobond, raising USD 125 million.

Q1/2008

TBIF acquired AVIS Ukraine.
