2002-2003

TBIF purchases the consumer leasing company Telervis and rebranded it to TBI Credit.

TBI Leasing Bulgaria is created to develop leasing products.

2004

The mortgage finance vehicles Creditex/HypoCredit became active.

In August, Hypocredit issued the first non-bank mortgage bond in the market.

TBI Credit Bulgaria started the implementation of the risk management behavior scoring system.

H1/2005

TBI Eurobond, the fixed income mutual fund managed by TBI Asset Management, won the award of Best Financial Product in 2004, against significant competition especially form the banks.

HypoCredit successfully launched the first publicly traded bonds, collateralized by mortgages.

H2/2005

TBI Asset Management launched three additional mutual funds in Bulgaria- the low risk TBI Comfort, the balanced TBI Harmony and the equity one TBI Dynamic. With three mutual funds and the flagship TBI Eurobond the product offer for now is complete.

Q1/2006

TBI Credit successfully finished the implementation of a new IT system.

TBI Credit launched its cash loan product.

TBI Credit extended the number of retail outlets where it has sales people to 54 plus additional 10 TBI offices in the country.

Q2/2006

TBI Credit launched its credit cards, co-branded with EIBank.

Q3/2006

TBI Leasing develops and starts offering operatianal lease products.

Q1/2007

TBI Leasing successfully placed a EUR 4 mln bond issue on the local market.

Q2/2007

The restructuring of the mortgage operation was completed with merging the two companies-Creditex and HypoCredit.

Q4/2007

TBI Credit BG received MasterCard Interim Membership and Principal license in October 2007.

Q2/2008

TBI Credit BG became the first non-bank financial institution in Bulgaria issuing MasterCard credit cards.

Q4/2008

TBI Credit placed its 7th bond emission with nominal of BGN 6 mln.

Q1/2009

TBI Broker is the newest brand of TBI in Bulgaria. It is offering full spectrum insurance products of the leading companies in Bulgaria.
